affidavit of Mrs. Alice H Rosenbaum

terday in tho supreme court of Utah

The attorney for Mrs. Rosenbaum
was her brother, B. H. Jones, who ap

MORGAN, Oct 15 Elias Phil
brook. So years old. a pioneer of Mor
gan county, died at the home of his
daughter. Mra. B. Y. Robinson, yester
day. Mr. Phllbrook was born in Camden,
Me., July .'6, 1837, and came to Utah
in the Benjamin Gardner company in
1852. He came to Morgan county in
1805. spending one winter in lost
Creek during the Johnston army epi
sode. He then settled in Morgan,

abeth Wurlton, who died about four
years ago.
