Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of o.l- n Cii, Utah, of the intention of said board of com missioners to make the following de scribed improvement, to wit: To cre ate both sides of Capitol street be tween Quincy and Jackson avenues as a sidewalk district and to construct therein concrete sidewalks four and one-hall' feet in width and four inchofl in thickness and concrete curbs and gutters and driveways, also to remove all trees, fences, poles, buildings, etc. where necessary, and to build culverts. Irrigation, and drainage systems. The above named work to include the necessary grading therefor and all other things necessary to complete the whole in a proper manner according to plans, specifications, and profiles on file in the office of the city engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abutter's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affect ed or benefited by such Improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn W feet back from and parallel to said outer boundarv lines on both sides of Capitol street between Quincy and Jackson avenues, being lots 1 to 10 inclusive, Block 32, Plat "C," Ogden City survey.
