This decision was reached at a meeting of the executive board of the Utah Water Storage association held yesterday afternoon, at which James H. Anderson, chairman of the Morgan county committee, was pres ent Mr. Anderson 'was advised by the water storage association officials that they had officially approved of the project and stood ready to rendei every possible aid A resolution was passed by the board at the meeting, requesting the I state engineer to release for entry the ' flood waters on Lost creek, so that the necessary filings may be made. Some time ago. In order to permit the asso ciation to make a complete BUrvej of ih Prove and Weber river watersheds all surplus waters were withdrawn by the state engineer. With the asso ciation's recommendation, however, til Is considered likely that the Lost I creek waters will be released. I Engineers of the association have completed an accurate preliminary 'survey of the reservoir site, and have I also made preliminary drawings of a dam. Tom J' vich. 38 years of age, who Interfered during the shooting, sustained wounds in Ins right hand and a flesh wound in his head.
