L Bell, su perintendent of the Ogden Union Rail way & Depot company The congested condition is due to the embargo placed on enslbound freight when the Union Pacific lines in Wyoming were blockaded by heavy snow. With the arrival of passenger trains today from the east, on or near their scheduled time, it is anticipated that the embargo will be lifted Freight shipments over the Union Pacific will j start either this afternoon or tomor row.
