employes of the First National bank
pillow from tho Ogden Savings bank

tiful pieces from relatives and
I friends and the church organizations

cipal speaker and said in part that
they had met to pay honor to one
departed sympathize with the be
leaved and speak words of hope and
faith to them Of the deceased the
speaker said BOO loved her home
having brought to It four beautiful
children since entering Into the
bonds of holy matrimony eight years
ago She fully filled the sweetest of
wordswife and mother and was
not only willing to nobly fill those
paces but was always willing to
bless and help others outside of tho
household Her aged father and
mother before her have also devoted
their life to blessing others and their
beautiful example has been roflocted
in their daughter and other members
f of their family

tion of the Third Ward Her work
is evidenced in tho many noblo young

which to tho deceased was very dear

sever their association temporarily

Commissioners in the County Court
House Ogden City Utah on the 10th

purpose agreed upon Is and shall be
that of carrying on the business of re
pairing and constructing said canal
and water ditches the construction of
reservoirs and all other matters and
things proper and necessary l or fur
nishing water through the same from
Ogden river for domestic culinary and
Irrigation purposes and for the distri
bution of said water to the several
owners thereof and to bond the same
for the purpose of raising the neces
sary funds In maintaining or con
stricting said canal water dllches
flumes reservoirs and all other mat
ters and things for the proper conduct
and pursuit of said business and to
assess the shares of the capital stock
of the corporation In the manner pro
vided by law for carrying out the ob
jects and purposes herein expressed

VI The number of shares of cap
ital stock of this corporation are as
hereinafter set opposite the names of
tho individual stockholders one share
of stock representing ono square rod
of land Irrigated by said canal and
each share of said stock being of the
par value of 1000 The limit of the
capital stock agreed upon shall bo tho
value as represented by the shares of
stock hereinafter set opposite tho
names of tho Individual stockholders
Tho shares of slock may bo as
sessed for tho purpose of repairing
and constructing the companys canal
water ditches and for te construction
of reservoirs and flumes and for the
purpose of defraying tho expenses of
tho distribution of the water which
may flow therein and for the employ
ment of a water master and for all
other necessary purposes Incidentally
necessary for the convenient manage
ment of the same which assessment
shall be made pursuant to tho laws of
the State of Utah
The stockholders shall have the
power to levy and collect a rate per
cent tax for the purpbso of carrying
on the business herein expressed with
such limitations and restrictions as
aro provided by the laws of this State
and tho bylaws of the corporation

any position or office that may occur
by death removal resignation or

and upon such terms and conditions
as it may prescribe all or any part
of thy capital stock of the company of
which the company Is the owner by
reason of tho nonissuance sale or for
feiture of any such capital stock for
any unpaid assessments levied there

biennially thereafter at such place In
Ogden City as the Board of Directors
may fix between the hours of nine

of the stockholders at which time five
directors shall be elected by a ma
jority of tho stockholders present voting
