1 careful Investigation In this direc

The engineer states that the water

greater portion of It Is being fully
utilized power plants being found In
Spanish Fork canyon on Provo river
Battle Creek American Fork river and
Alpine Crook and other plants are

I The provisions of the forest ser
vice regarding power sites arc that
parties filing on a site must begin the I
I election of an electric power plant
within one year after filing and that
the entire power of the stream must I
be fully utilized within ten years This
regulation Is enforced for the pur

A UNIVERSAL FOOD

I have a boy two years old weigh

who has been raised on GrapeNuts
and milk
This IB an ideal food and evidently
furnishes the elements necessary for
a baby as well as for adults We have
used GrapeNuts In large quantities
and greatly to our advantage
One advantage about GrapeNuts
food 7s that It is predigested In tho
process of manufacture that Is the
starch contained In the wheat and
barley 13 transformed Into a form of
sugar by the same method as this
process Is carried out In the human
body that is by tho use of moisture
nnd long exposure to moderate
warmth which grows the diastase In
the grains and makes the remarkable
change from starch to sugar
Theivfore tho most dellcato stom
ach can handle GrapeNuts and the
food Is quickly absorbed into thc blood
