point the water will be diverted and
convoyed by means of a pumping
plant and two olxlnch cast iron pipes
for a distance 125 feet and there
used during the period and for tho
purpose above specified The appli
cation was designated In the State
Engineers office na No 1005

panys canal with concrete for a dis
tance of about seven and onehalf
miles in length Bids to bo made for
any part of this work not less than

excavating and preparing the canal

1910 special elections are hereby call

day July 12th 1910 at the Harris
