TIE CONTRACT LET
FOR TETON BRANCH
James E Fogg returned from Salt
Lake City Friday with a substantial
order for railroad ties for the Short
Line presumably for use on the Te
ton basin branch A portion of the
order is for delivery this fall Mr
Fogg stated that he had no further
news of the railroad situation to give
out He understood that work was to
commence at once on the Basin
branch and supposed that the ties
were needed for the Job On Friday
morning he sent to Evergreen In tho
western part of tho state a car con
taining horses several teams of ox
en and logging outfits With these
went a crew of men with C G Niel
sen In charge of all These outfits
will go to work ou the tie contract
recently secured by Mr Fogg for tho

six weeks but was not considered
