Directors held on the 21st day of May, 1895, an as-
sessment of ten dollars ($10) per share was levied
upon the capital stock of the corporation, payable
immediately to the Bank of California, treasnrer of
said corporation, at the office of said treasurer,

streets, In the City and County of San Francisco,
State of California.
Any stock upon which this assessment shall re-
main unpaid on tbe2d day of July, 1895, will be
delinquent and advertised for Rale at public auc-
