It is reported that the Canadian Pacific Bank of Commerce, the California Safe Deposit and Trust Company and the Germanla Trust Com pany will become members of the Stock and Bond Exchange. A statement or the year's business showed net earnings of 5145, 239 74; out of this dividends of six per cent, amounting to $0O.000, were paid. $60,000 was carried to "reserve." X'Atffi 28 was written off for bad debts and $11,071 4U was carried to this year's "profit and loss account." At a meeting of the shareholders of the French Savings Bank it was decided to in crease the capital of the bank from $300,000 to $600,000. declared a dividend . of 2 per cent, payable Kebruary 2.
