The. injunction restraining the po
lice from entering gambling 'places
and lottery joints In Chinatown, which
has been in, force since January 26
last, was dissolved by. Judge Cook yes
terday. A stay pf one day was grant

Several days were consumed in tak
ing testimony on a motion for a npn
