May 20.— Mayor Mott to day held a conference with a committee of the Oakland harbor league regard- Ing action to be taken to at once afford this city additional wharf and dock fa cilities. A number of plans were sug gested, but no definite action was taken, the mayor suggesting that a smaller committee be appointed to confer with the officials of the city government, the wjtter front attorneys of the city and the city attorney.
