R. l'Hommedieu No more will the automobilist be tble to tell of the trying times he had In going Into and coming out of the Yosemite valley. Hereafter automo bilists will not be, permitted to enter the valley — thus .sayeth Uncle Sam. This means that the .'federal govern ment has put an end to the touring of this gre^,t park ,by drivers of cars. Major H. C. Benson, Fourteenth cav alry, acting superintendent of the Yo fcemite national park, has issued the following in circular letter form, dated June 4: "By direction of the secretary of the interior, automobiles will not be per mitted to enter Yosemite." \u25a0 J. W. Leavitt. in discussing the Yo eemite order yesterday, said: "I am not surprised. When I was In the valley I realized that they were not In the least overjoyed at seeing us.
