WILL RESCUE MOTHER FROM INSANE ASYLUM William Kissler of Stockton Goes to Tacoma to Aid Pareht ACCUSES HIS ' SISTER Says She Got Rid of Aged Woman to Secure Her Money SPECIAL DISPATCH TO THE CALT STGCKTONf. Dec. 6. — Mrs." Genereva Schwigerd, a well to do German woman, now an inmate of an insane asylum in the state of Washington, at the instance of relatives has Instituted proceedings in the superior court at Tacoma, Wash., by -which she will at tempt to break the legal relation of guardian and ward which exists be tween her and her daughter, who is charged with making persistent at tempts to get her out of the way in the hope of falling heir to a fortune. Her son, William Kissler of this city. has given the details of one of the most sensational attempts ever made in the state of Washington to set a relative out of the way, and ho ac cuses his sister as the person involved. He asserts that some time ago a friend of. his who lives in the vicinity of his old home wrote him and asked why he did not take his aged mother out of the asylum. It was the first intimation he had of her being in an Insane asylum, and he hastened to Tacoma. ' Kissler says that his father died many years ago, and that his mother married again. Her second husband was industrious and made a fortune. Some months ago he died. Shortly be fore dying he told his wife that he had buried several thousand dollars in the yard, and advised her to take pos session of the money. In addition he left her some real estate. The son al leges his sister forced or persuaded her mother to dig up th* money and make a will in her favor. It seems that the aged woman did as her .daughter da sired. Kissler adds that after having the will made in her favor the daughter placed her mother in a hospital to be treated for an alleged disease, and that later she was removed to an insane asylum. The son enarged that the daughter had her sent to the state in stitution.
