Fyf», manager- of the California livery stables at 2005 Allston way. reported this afternoon to the police the loss of a wagon, which had been hired from the place several days ago by a stranger claiming to be a real estate man and not returned. From the des serfption given by the liveryman, the police believe that they have ;discov ered another theft by a man who. under the name of J. B. Leroy and several other aliases, has for the last year b€;en wanted about the bay. r The man. who was about 3J year- of age. 'hired the "wagon, valued at $100. from the stable on July 13. claiming to be in the employ of the Sehmidt-Skill ing realty company. After several days 'the loss wat reported to the po lice and the description given has con vinced Chief Vollmer that Leroy has been operating again. Leroy, working under aliases of John Moore, and J.
