L. Smith, has obtained from the court

turn of his property, Eaton asserts, but

Eaton says he is 53 years of age.

The divorce suit of James J. Roche
against Mary Roche was dropped from
the calendar yesterday, the couple hav
ing accepted Judge Graham's advice
and become reconciled. Mrs. Graham ]
was accused of habitual intemperance. I
but she informed the judge yesterday !
