Notice Is hereby given that pursuant -to
the. provisions of that certain mortgage dated
the first day of May. A. D. 1908. which was
executed by the HONOLULU PLAXTATIOX
COMPAXY to the MERCAXTILE TRUST
COMPAXY OF SAX FRAXCISCO. as trustee,
those certain one hundred (100) of the bonds
secured by said mortgage, : and hereinafter
, designated by their numbers, were, on.the-2d
; day of February, 1910," selected, drawn and
designated for payment and redemption In the
manner ' provided In said mortgage. Said bonds
so selected, drawn and designated for payment
will be paid at the office of the company, at
Xo. 268 Market St., in the city- and county of
. San Francisco, state of California, at the rate
of one thousand ($1,000) dollars per bond, and
accrued interest, on the 2d day of May, 1910.
Such bonds shall be surrendered to the com-
pany for payment, redemption and cancella-
tion as "> provided In said mortgage, and -in-
terest thereon shall cease from said 2d day
of May, 1010.
