ALMOND GROWERS POOL THEIR CROP California Exchange Advertises for Bids for 1,250 Tons of Nuts [Special Dispatch to The Call] STOCKTON. June 20.— The California almond growers' exchange has pre pared its "specifications" for bids for \u25a0 the crop of IS 10. The bids are to be opened at Sacramento July I. The as sociation has fixed the bidders' bonds at $20,000, or 30 per cent of the esti mated amount involved in such portion of the crop as the contract is to cover. This is practically the first year the almond growers have pooled their crop. The exchange was the result of efforts of J. P. Dargitz of Acampo. The . associations represented in the ex \u25a0 change are: Yolo county — Daris and Capay: Suttrr county — SuttfT. I,ive Oak Rnd Pennlnfrton; Sacramento county — Antelope. Fair Oaks and Oranperale; Sun Joaquin county and eastern Contra Costa county. It will also have them \u25a0weighed into cars by a public weigher, the purchaser to have a rep resentative present to inspect the prod uct. The growers also reserve the cus tomary right to reject all bids. ! The exchange agrees to notify the buyer 10 days in advance of the date Of shipment of a car of almonds from .any point. If the car is not loaded within 20 days from the date of notifi cation the buyer must pay the ex change a penalty of $10 a day for each day's delay. AH deliveries must b,e completed by October 30. June- 20.— Judge C. W. Norton today granted two interlocutory and two final decrees of divorce. . Ora Reed proved that her husband. Joseph Reed, had been guilty of willful neglect, and in addition to securing an interlocutory" decree was awarded the custody of the minor child. Desertion was the ground upon which George Joseph) Corato was granted an interlocutory decree. . . Final decrees were granted to Agnes Parker in her suit against Leo F.
