make consignments of the Patent Camphor W'alt Mix.
ture, ba concluded to sell no more county right in thi
State, but will in future have the Improved Camphor Wah
Mixture put up and distributed throughout this State (ex
cept in the eonntiee where the Hunts have been disposed of)
and in the State of Alabama. And that he may be enabled
more effectually to matte this arranrcment, he propose to
divide the patent for Tennessee and Alabama into 1,nfl0
.hares, one-fourth to be retained, and the reroaiadr 750
hares will be offered for sale. A person remittret? ten
tlollar will have one share in the Patent, to run fourteen
year from July 11. 154, and will be at the same time in
vesting also five dollars to be used in tue purchase of the
ingredients, advertising and the necessary expenditure of
the means to preptre and distribute the Mixture for sale.-
Consignments will be made to shareholders, (who may re
quest it,) and to no other persons, to the amount ef their
remittance. And they will be allowed a commission of 83
per cent on their sales, and also tHeir proportion of the
profits at larif. '
Annual exhibit of sales will b made, and dividend, of th
prottts remitted to each shareholder. No debts will be con
trasted, nor will the Company be reepensjhle for any, a th
buMPee will be conducted upon the cash system.
Any of those who have purchased patents for counties la
this Kate, can have the privilege of exchanging their righ'
for share at the prices they have paid. Thi exchange will
be made at the cost of the Patentee. i
