The Presiding Justice—The diffi
culty in this case is that, in Black
atone's time, women were controled
by their husbands, but in these times
women control their husbands, and
such an instruction in thefie days
would be very dangerous. (Laugh
ter.) The nstruction was refused.

of, as made by W. <fe W. G. Waller, as

and all the rights and privileges in any
manner appertaining to them.
