D.. 1866, at 12 o'clock, M., of said day> the following described property, to-wit : A certain TRACT ofLAND, containing two hundred and twenty acres, situated in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, about 1% miles from the City of Baton Rouge, bounded as follows: 8o„th, by the lands of Mrs. Stephens, North by lands of Mrs. Comeaux, WeBt by lands of Mrs. S.D. THIS CASE having been this day taken up upon issue joined, and it appearing to tho Court that the plaintiff bas fully made out her case by tho law and ovidence adduced on the trial, It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deorééd that the community of acquets and gaina heretofore existing between tho plaintiff, Mary E. Chapman, and her hus band, Albert J. Loudon, bo and is hereby dissolved; that the plaintiff be separated in property from lior said husband and have (again the free administration of hor estate : and, it is further ordered, adjudged and dëwèed that the said plantiff recover from the said defendant the sum of Two Hundred and Ninoty-seven 55-100 Dollars, with five per cent interest, from judicial demand, aud costs of suit ; and that tho plaintiff have a legal mortgage on all tho real estate of her saicl husband for said rimoutit, to date from tho 18th day of January, I860. It is further ordered and decreed that the community of acquets and gains heretofore existing between plaintiff and defendant be dissolved ; that a separa tion of property between them be also ad judged find decreed, and that the plaintiff" be and she ia hereby authorized, empower ed and decreed to resume the sole and ex clusive control, management and admin istration of her paraphernal property, free from the control and influence of her said husband, and that he be condemned to pay costs of this suit.
