THIS CASE having been this day taken up upon issue joined, und it appearing to the Cnàrt that the plaintiff lias fully made out her case by the law and ovidence adduced: ot» the trial, It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the community of acquets and gains heretofore existing between the plaintiff, Mary E. Chapman, and her hus band, Albert J. Loudon, be and is hereby dissolved; that the plaintiff be separated in property from hor said husband and have again the free administration ot her estate ; and, it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said plantiff recover from the said defendant the sum ot Two Hundred and Ninety-seven 35-100 Dollars, with five per cent interest, from judicial demand, and costs of suit ; and that the plsintiff have a legal mortgage on all the real estate of her said husba, d for said amount, *to date from the 18i.h day of January, 1S60.
