decreed that the community of acquets and
gains heretofore existing between the
plaintiff, Mary E. Chapman, and her hus
band, Albert J. Loudon, be and is hereby
dissolved; that the plaintiff be separated
in property from hor said husband and
have again the free administration ot her
estate ; and, it is further ordered, adjudged
and decreed that the said plantiff recover
from the said defendant the sum ot Two
Hundred and Ninety-seven 35-100 Dollars,
with five per cent interest, from judicial
demand, and costs of suit ; and that the
plsintiff have a legal mortgage on all the
real estate of her said husba, d for said
