the Carlton tract to be highways, and to alierthe
road to McConnell’s Ferry, II is hereby ordered that
the present road miming from the termination of
Bird, Uobiitson and Montgomery streets in tiie low n
of Oroville to Butcher Bauch in said county, lie. and
Hie smile is hereby declared vacated as a public high
way. And it is further ordered that the said Bird,
Montgomery and Robinson streets of said town nf
Oroville. be extended as public highways across the
tract of land known us the Carlton Tract, and ad
joining said town of Oroville. Said continuations of
Bird, RobiiiB*n and Montgomery street, to be sixty
six feet in width, and extending in directions parallel
with each other, according to the plan or servey of
said Carlton Tract, made by M. 11. Earley. Ami it is
further ordered that the street marked Fourth Ave
nue. according to the plan and survey ot the said
Carlton Tract be. and the same is hereby declared to
be a public highway—the said Avenue to !«• sixty -ix
feet in width, and extending across said tract o( hind.

Second. Third. Fifth Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Av
enues. as lie between Robinson and Montgomery
