i tract of laud known as the Carlton Tract, and ad

Bird. Robins'll and Montgomery street to be sixty
six feet in width, and extending In directions parallel
with each other, according to the plan or servey of
said Carlton Tract, made by M. H. Parley. And it is
further ordered that the street marked Fourth Ave
nue. according to the plan and servey of the said
Carlton Tract be. and the same is hereby declared to
