A lady and gentleman from An derson were riding towards Milton in a very large and handsome auto and were seemingly trying to keep up with the Interurban. The Saunders boy is improving and a great many think he was to blame to some extent by taunting the colored boy, which caused the rock throwing. Wednes day the county commissioners, sur veyor and viewers were at work as sessing the benefits and damages on the proposed new road along' the creek by Thomas Brawley's and Henry Bragg's north of town. Next Sunday evening at the M. E. church Rev. McCohn will deliver the baccalaureate sermon to the graduat ing class of the New Paris high school. Wednesday evening at the Presby terian church the commencement ex ercises will occur. President Kelly of Earlham will deliver the address and music will be furnished by a picked orchestra headed by Miss Dorothy Kirkpatrlck.
