Circuit Court, No. 5169.
Notice is hereby given that upon
petition filed in said Court by the
Administrator of said estate, setting
up the insufficiency of the personal
estate of said decedent to pay the
debts and liabilities thereof, the Judge
of said Court did on the 17th day of
June, 1922 find said estate to be proba
bly insolvent, and order the same to be
settled accordingly. The creditors of
said estate are therefore hereby noti
fied of such insolvency and required to
file their claims against said estate for

NOTICE OF BOND SALE
Notice is hereby given that sealed
bids will be received by the under
signed, Emmett J. Wright, as trustee of
Abington School Township, Wayne
County, Indiana, at the office of the
Trust? in his residence within saicf
township, county and state, Up to the
hour of 11 o'clock a. m. on Saturday,
July 1st, 1922, for the purchase of
school bonds of said Abington School
Township, Wayne County, Indiana, in
the sum and amount of Thirtv Thous
and Five Hundred Dollars ($30,600), at
which time and place all bids received
therefor will be opened and read.
Said bonds will be dated July 1st,
1922, to be sixty-one (61) in number
and in the denomination of Five Hun
dred Dollars ($o00) each and number
ed from 1 to 61 inclusive. Said bonds
will bear interest at the rate of Five
percent (5) per annum from date,
payable semi-annually., beginning July
Said bonds and Interest will be pay
able at the Centerville State Bank of
Centerville, Wayne County, Indiana,
and said bonds will mature and become
due and payable within fifteen years
from the date thereof, and as follows:
The first Two (2) of said bonds in the
aggregate principal amount of One
Thousand Dollars ($1000) shall become
due and payable on July 1st. 1923, and
a like number and amount of said
bonds shall become due and payable
each in every six months thereafter on
the first days of January and July to
and including January 1st 1937. and in
addition thereto one additional bond
shall mature and be payable on January
1st, 1935, one on July 1st, 1935, one on
January 1st, 1936, one on July 1st,
1936, and one on January 1st, 1937,
when the last of said bonds shall ma
ture and be payable.
Said bonds will be Issued and sold to
provide funds for the purchase of a
site within said School Township and
construct thereon a new grade school
building and to pay the cost of the nec
essary installations therefor and ex
penses Incident thereto.
Said bonds will be issued under the
laws of the state of Indiana and in
strict compliance therewith. A proper
transcript of the proceedings for the is
sue and sale of said bonds shall be fur
nished by the undersigned trustee.
Said bonds will be cold' to the high
est and best bidder for cash and for
not less than par plus accrued interest.
Each bidder is required to file with
his bid a certified check for Five Hun
dred Dollars ($500) pavable to the or
der of Emmett J. Wright. Trustee, con
ditioned that in the event he is award
ed said bonds that he will pay said
Trustee the amount of his bid therefor
and in the event said check and the
money represented thereby shall be
come the absolute Droperty of said Ab
ington School Township for the use of
the proper rund tnereor as provided oy

"D" Street, by constructing a cement
sidewalk on both sides of said street,
from South llth to 14th Street; ex
cept, -where cement walks are now
laid and In good condition between
the points named.

hereby notified that the Board of Pub
lic Works of said city has fixed Thurs
day, June 29, 1922, 9 o'clock a .m., as a
date upon which remonstrances will
be received, or heard, against the
amount assessed against each piece of

determine the question as to whether
