A flag tournament -itfas held in the morning, and won by Mrs. Paul Price, Mrs. Wilbur Hibberd and Miss Nellie . Morrow. At noon luncheon was served and bridge was played in the afternoon. Those for whom, covers, for luncheon were laid included the following "persons: Mrs. Fred Bcthard, Mrs. Fred Bartel, Mrs. N'ewell Todd. Mrs. W. D. Scoble, Mrs. II. B. SUbb,v Mrs. Pool Price,- Miss Nellie Morrow, Mrs. John Crawford, Miss Doris McKeon, of Grand Rapid3, Mich., Mrs. E. R. Beatty, Miss Mary Jane Schillinger, Miss Virginia Brook bank, Miss Josephine Bartel, Miss Clara Comstock and Mrs. H. Ray Rob inson. There will be a golf tourney between two teams chosen from the women players of the Country club, held at the club Friday. Mrs. Irvin Coffin and Mrs. Wilbur C. Hibberd have been.chosen as- captains of the teams. Division of players for the competition lias not yet been made, but the per eonnel of the two teams includes Mrs. Fred Bethard, Mrs. Fred Bartel, Mrs. H. B. Stabb, Mrs. Paul Price, Miss Nellie Morrow, Miss- Martha Scott, Iiss Eleanor Seidel, Miss Clara Com stock, Mrs. Irvin Coffin, Mr3. Wilbur Hibberd, Mrs. H. B. Stabb, Mrs. John Lontz. Mrs. Rudolph Leeds, Mrs. Joseph Connor, Mrs. Rudolph Knode, Mrs.. John Clements, Mrs. Warren Clements and Miss Katherine Quigg. The members ot the winning team Friday will be the luncheon guests of the defeated team. Five hundred was en joyed during the evening, favors being won by Miss Hazel Van Matre and Mrs. Floyd Scott. In the late evening delicious refreshments were served by the hostess. Guests of the club for the evening were Mrs. Carl Stanning, Mrs. Ivan Gardner, Miss Marie Schrann, Miss Emma Hudson of Lafayette and Master Warren Klefotth. The after noon was spent in needlework and con tests, favors going to Mrs. Anna Put hoff and Mrs. Rinda Puthoff. A clever reading on "Raisin Pie" was given by4 Mrs. Gertrude Murley. In the late afternoon" refreshments were served by the hostesses. C. Mc- Micken of Hannibal, Mo.; and Mrs. O. J. Buckner and Mrs. Amanda Wiley of Chicago, 111.
