A Very Remarkable Remedy.
"It is with a good deal of pleasure
and satisfaction that I recommend
Chamberlain s Colic. Cholera and Di
arrhoea Remedy," says Druggist A.
W. Sawtelle, of Hartford, Conn.
"Recently a gentleman came into my
store so overcome with colic pains
that he sank at once to the floor. I
gave him a dose of this remedy which
helped him. I repeated the dose and
in fifteen minutes he left my store
smilingly informing me that he felt
s well as ever." For sale by A. G.

HAVING TROUBLE
The Wallace" Shows in a Big Storm
at Gulfport, Miss.
The Billboard, a weekly paper .pub
lished at Cincinnati in the interest
of the circus profession, is authority
for the statement that the Wallace
shows did not give a night perform
ance at Gulfport, Miss., October 7.
The performance was cancelled at
the last moment on account of the
damage done in a sqvere wind
storm. The circus tent was blown
down and the gasoline illuminants,
which were just being lighted for
the evening performance, set fire to
the canvas in several places. But
foi the quick action of the attend
ants the entire show would have
been swept by fire.
Dirt was thrown on the burning
places and the fire gotten under con-
trol. No one was injured but had I
the accident happened an hour later I
the tents would have been crowded
with people and a stampede could
not have been averted. '
Wallace's circus was in Newcastle
on August 25.
Scald head is an eczema of the
