Yosemite, Cal., June 4.—In a stage coach runaway in the Yosemite valley one man was Instantly killed, three women were seriously Injured and seven other persons sustained minor injuries. The dead: R. S. Leisenring, Allentown, Pa. Seriously injured: Miss Martha Webber, Boston arm broken Miss Dilsenderfer, Boston shoulder broken Mrs. A. Jaecel, New York gashed over eye. The injuries sustained by the others were Inconsiderable. All were tour ists. ANARCHIST WANTED Manila Police Holding Man Thought to be "Peter the Painter" Who Figured in Police Battle. Manila, June 5.—The Philippine au thorities are holding a stowaway found on the British steamer Protestilaus, which arrived here today. The man embarked on the vessel at Singapore, while coal was being taken on, and it is suspected that he is "Peter, the Painter," the Russian anarchist for whom the British police have been searching for in connection with the murder of three policemen in Hounds Ditch of which "the battle of Sidney street" was a sequel. The officials of the British consulate here, while skeptical, think the man will prove to be "Peter the Painter" and are having him held pending an investigation. The Protestilaus left Liverpool April 30 and Is bound for Seattle. For a time it was thought by the polloe that Peter was one of the two outlaws killed in the fighting between London polioe and anarchists January 3 last, but later the man was reported as having been seen at various places in Europe. BODY OF DANVILLE MAN FOUND IN LAKE Chicago, June 6.—The body of a man thought to be that of W. C. O'Toole of Danville, 111., was found floating in the lake here today by the police. There were no marks of violence or any thing to Indicate that he met with foul play. Two cards were found on the man's clothing, one bearing the name **W. C. -O'Toole, Danville, and the other "Charles O'Toole, San Fran cisco." NEW REVOLVER MARE SET BY FRISCO MAN San Francisco, Cal., June 5.—James E.
