The State of Idaho sends greetings
to the above named defendants.
You are hereby notified that a com
plaint ha* been filed against you in
jhe District Court of the Fifth
judicial District of the state of Idaho
in and for the county of Power by the
above plaintiff, and you are hereby di
rected to appear and answer the said
complaint within twenty days of the
service of this summons, if served
within said Judicial District, and with
in forty days if served elsewhere; and
yon are further notified that unless
you so appar and answer said com
plaint within the time herein specified,
the plaintiff will take judgment
against you as prayed in said com
plaint.
The said action is brought for the
purpose of foreclosing a certain
mortgage, executed and delivered to
the said plaintff by the said defend
ants, George Mayer and Helen Mayer,
dated April 7, 1914, covering certain
real estate in Power oounty, Idaho, de
scribed In said complaint, and which
said motgage was filed in the office of
the Recorder of Power county, Idaho,
-on April 16, 1914, and recorded in
Book 18, of Mortgage Records of that
-county, at page 487. It Is prayed by
said complaint that an accounting be
had of the amounts due under said
mortgage, for principal, taxes and in
surance premium paid, interest, a
reasonable attorney's fee and the
costs of suit, and that the premises
covered by said mortgage be ordered
sold, to satisfy the amount found due
thereunder, and the plaintiff also
prays for general, equitable relief.
