Church services were held at the
Lutheran church the 24th of November
by Rev. G. L. Sprattler.
Miss Bertha Sprattler and Leonard
Sprattler returned home from Aber
deen last Saturday to spend Sunday
with their parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Ills entertained
the following for Thanksgiving dinner

Mrs. Henry Huva and Mr. and Mrs.
Chris Kaul.
Chris Mayer from Pocatello spent
a few days with Mr. and Mrs. John
Dochter last week.
Miss Elizameth Dille and Miss Rose
Dille returned from their home last
Sunday after spending their Thanks
giving vacation there.
Mrs. George Frank from Iowa and
Mr. and Mrs. Chris Frank front Aber
deen spent last Sunday afternoon with
Rev. and Mrs. G. L. Sprattler.
Jacob Schwelgest is severely ill at
his home. Mr. Schweigest has been

WITH HOME-FOLKS IN BOISE.
Miss Goldie Drake of American Falls
and Miss Mabel Edholm, who Is now
teaching at Gooding, were guests one
day last week at the home of Mrs.
Foster Lamm.
Ben K rami ich and Loren Runnion
were dinner guests last Sunday at
S&m Kramlich's home. Mr. Ben Kram
lick returned last week from Enter
prise, Oregon. He brought back with
him his little four-year old son, Ber
nard.
Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Kemper, parents
of Ray Kemper, who livee out on the
"Bench" and Mr. and Mrs. Perry Cox,
left Thanksgiving day by auto for
their home in Rockland after a week's
with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kemper.
Mrs. Cox is Mrs. Kemper's sister.
Mts. Farn worth and son, Howard,
and Mrs. Louise Wÿble were dinner
guests at the Kampf home on Thanks
giving Day.
Boise weather still remains "fair
and warmer" with occasional showers.
The lawns are pretty and green, and
occasional rose-buds are still in evi
dence.
Mrs. Foster Lamm and her sister
Miss Cronkhite were guests at a
Thanksgiving dinner last week at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. James Gibson
of Caldwell. Mr. Lamm did not get
home until the first of this week.

Under and by virtue of an Execution
in foreclosure, issued out of the above
entitled court on the fifteenth day of
November, A. D. 1921, upon a judg
ment and decree of said court, entered
and docketed in the above entitled ac
tion, and which is now of record in the
Judgment records of said court, which
said Judment is In favor of the plain
tiff, E. E. White, and against the above
named defendants, and la for the sum
of $3,145.57, with interest thereon at
the rate of seven per cent per annum
from the date of said Jjudgment, and
the further sum of $300.00, attorney's
fees, and costs, taxed at $26.80, and
barring and foreclosing the equity of
redemption of the above named defend
ants, and all those holding under, by
or through them, or any of them, in
and to the hereinafter described real
property, upon which, the said Judg
ment was declared to be a specific
Hen, to-wit:
The east half of the northeast quar
ter (B^ NEK), of section thirty (30),
and the west half of the northwest
quarter (W)l NW14) of section twen
tf-ntne (29), In township ten (10)
south of range thirty-one (31) east of
the Boise Meridian, in Idaho, together
with all tenements, hereditaments and
apurtenances thereunto belonging, or
in anywise appertaining.

That I wil sell at public auction, the
above described property, to the high
est bidder for cash, lawful money of
the United States, to satisfy said Judg
ment and interest and costs, at the
front door of that building used as a
court house by Power County, at
American Falls, Idaho, on Saturday,
