pointed administrator of the estate
of Joseph E. Fisk, late of the County
of Prowers, in the State of Colorado,
deceased, hereby given notice that he
will appear before the Coun
ty Court of said Prowexn Coun
ty, at the Court House in
Lamar, in said County, on Tues
day the 7th day of Sept. A. D. 1909,
at the hour of 2 o'clock P. M. of said
day, at which time ail persons hav
ing claims against said estate are
notified and requested to attend for
the purpose of having the same ad
