Colorado, at the Court House in Lamar in said County, and then and there present to said Board a petition for the formation and organization, un der the terms and provisions of an act of the General Assembly of the Stale of Colorado entitled "Ail Act to Pro vide lot the Organization and Govern ment ol Drainage Districts." approved June 2, 1911. and the Acts umendatory thereof, of a drainage district to be known us "The Dry Creek Drainage District." said district to comprise cer tain lands situate in said Prowers Coun ty; und. \\ 11EBEAS, prior to such presenta tion said com mi 1 tee had duly given and published notice thereof in aIT respect* ns required by law. proof of which publication Is on file with said Board, and.
