No more excuse for "canned" edi torials after Dr. Vincent installs a "O" course in training men for thei^ country weeklies and metropolitan dailies. He promised to begin such a course in the fall of 1916. The Little Falls Transcript has begun a unique system of educating the public to read advertisements, sending out weekly cards of personal interest. The plan if carried out regularly should prove a winner for both the reader and the advertiser. That "truth will triumph" was the firm belief of United States Senator Thomas P. Gore of Oklaho ma, who was exonerated from the charges made by Mrs. Minnie Bond. The verdict met with popular ap proval throughout the entire coun try. I Congressman Manahan in his sug gestion to congress, that a com mittee foe appointed to investigate the Chicago Board of Trade, the Minneapolis Chamfoer of Commerce and the Dufluth Board of Trade is lnsistant upon a "Select" commit tee. What the congressman consid ers select may foe determined when he places his stamp of approval up on the chosen seven. Are you going to take lessons? What for? Why, for the new dances, of course. The result is a full and complete story of the canal from its inception to its realization, a story so accurate and comprehensive that it will ever foe re ferred ito by those who would know the true history of the great problem which has at last ibeen solved by the skill of modern engineering. Tomorrow will foe absolutely the last chance.
