The object of this Salesmanship Club and Prize Campaign is two-fold: to increase the ever-growing subscrip-
tion list of The Daily and Weekly Pioneer to collect in advance subscription payments from present and new sub-
scribers, and, at the same time, afford our friends and readers an unparalleled opportunity to profit in a big way
through their spare time during the next few weeks. It is a plan that works both Ways and to the ultimate good
of all concerned.
HOW TO ENTER WHAT TO DO
1. SEND IN THE ENTRY BLANKIt counts for 5,000 credits. 2CLIP THE 50 CREDIT COUPON

HERE'S HOW TO SUCCEED
It takes credits to win and credits are secured as follows: First, by clipping the coupons appearing in, each
issue of The Daily and Weekly Pioneer. Begin gathering them now while they are worth 50 "credits each. After
next week these credits will be reduced to 25 credits and the following to only 10 credits, and after that they will be
discontinued entirely. The only restriction placed upon using these coupons is that they be deposited at the cam-
paign department on or before the expiration of the date appearing thereon. Get all you can, and get your
friends to save them for you, toothey are FREE.
Another and faster way to get credits is by securing new and renewal subscriptions to The Daily and Weekly
Pioneer. For each subscription turned in a certain number of credits are issued, the number varying according
to the amount collected (luring which "period" same is received at the campaign department. So you see, the
more credits you get, the better your chances are to capture the Grand Capital Prizes.

The above schedule of credits for subscriptions,
which is on a declining scale, positively will not be
changed during the competition. However, a spe
cial ballot, good for 50,000 credits, will be issued
for every "club" of $20 turned in* This-arrange
ment will be in effect throughout the entire cam
paign and is to be considered a part of the regular
schedule. There will be no extra credit offers made,
during this campaign. Remember this and lay your
plans accordingly. No subscription will be accept
ed for less than six months nor more than two years
in advance from any one club member.
DIVISION OF DISTRICTS
In order to equalize the Prize distribution, the Ter
ritory of The Daily and Weekly Pioneer has been
divided into Two Districts, as follows:

The price of The Daily Pioneer by mail is $5.00 a
year. As many credits will be issued for mail sub
scriptions at $5.00 a year as for: carrier subscrip
tions at $6.00 a year, which also equalizes compe
tition. Each district is separate and distinct, |al-
though Club Members residing in District No. 1 may
take orders in District No. 2, and vice versa. Terri
tory is not limited in that sense. The object of the
districts is to equalize distribution of awards.

will be subject to disqualification at the discretion of the sales manager.

forfeit all right to a prize or a commission.
9 All credits issued for subscriptions may be held in reserve or polled at the discretion of the o'ub member
up to and including the last day of the campaign except at the discretion of the salea manager, no club member
may poll in any one week more than 20,000 credits above the leader in the previous standing.
10 In the event of a tie for any one of the prizes, a prize identical in value will be awarded each tying club
member.
Each i member in this campaign is an authorized agent of The Pioneer and as such may collect arrears
and advance subscription payments from present subscribers as well as from new subscribers.
12, It is distinctly understood and agreed that club members will be responsible for all money collected,
and they will remit amounts in. full each day to the campaign department of The Pioneer.
There will be several prizes awarded besides 20 per cent cash commission to ACTIVE non-prize winners,
but it is to be distinctly understood that in the event"ANY club member becomes INACTIVE, failing to make a
cash report each time'the credits are counted, he or she will, at the discretion of the sales manager, be disquali-
fied and thereby forfeit all rights to a prize or commission.
The Pioneer reserves the right to alter the rules and schedule ofthis campa'gn during th- competition,
if necessary for the protection of the interests of both club members and this newspaper.

will be eligible to become club members or to participate in the campaign for pri/.'s.

It is the sincere aim of this newspaper to conduct this campaign, from start to finish, in a fair, honorable and
impartial manner, Every precaution has'beim taken to safeguard the interests of participants, and absolute hon-
esty in all dealings is guaranteed.
However not all wisdom lies within any one man or institution, and for that reason an Advisory Board has
been decided upon, whose function shallbe to decide any question of sufficient moment that might happen to
arise during the competition, and from which a committee shall he elected to act us judges and count the credits
