Whereas. Under the terms of ordinance No. J33, ot
the common council ot Kansas City, Missouri, ap
proved November 13. 1895, certain lands were taken
for a public park known as "The Grove." in the
South parkdist-ict; and.
Whereas. An alley running north and south between
Benton boulevard and Kansas avenue from the south
line of the alley one hundred and thirty (130) feet
south of and parallel with Fifteenth (15U.) street to
the south line of said "The Grove," in the public

. district. In Kansss City. Missouri, now crosses the
lend so taken, the fee title td which was originally
in the proprietors ot H. E. lienwood's second addi
tion to Kansas City, and Stewart's first addition to
