proved November 13th, 1835. certain lands were taken
lor a public park known as 'line Grove," la the

crosses the land so taken from the south line cf Fif
teenth (Uth) street to the north line cf Sixteenth
(lth) street, cart of Kansas avenue, the fee title to
which was In the original propiletors of Benwood'a
