boundaries of the proposed Cameron
County Water Improvement District
Number Twelve, in Cameron County.
Texas, for the purpose of determin
ing if a Water Improvement District
shall he created and established In
« ameron County, Texas, to he named
Cameron County Water Improvement
District Number Twelve, and of de
termining if notes of said District
shall be issued for the purpose of
paying the cost of organizing, sur
veying. maps and plats, and all other
indebtedness prior to the issuance
of bonds, and for the purpose of the
elertion of five directors for said
District.

None but resident property tax
payers who are qualified voter* of
said proposed District shall be en
titled to vote on any question sub
mitted to the voters at such election.
The ballots to be used at said elec
tion shall have printed thereon the
following:
“For W ater Improvement District.
•Against Water Improvement Dis
trict." “For Issuance of Notes of
-aid District." “Against Issuance of
Notes of .said District." and said bal
lot shall contain five blank lines upon
which to write names of persons
voted for, for the office of director,
with a heading. "For Director*, five
to be elected." No other matter
shall be placed on the ballot except
the heading, "Official Ballot."

Improvement District Number Twelve,
and to be established, and to oper
ate. under Section 59 of Article 18.
of the constitution of Texas and the
Statute enacted in pursuance thereto,
for the purposes of the control, ator
ervnticn and distribution of
the waters and flood waters of the
Rio Grande River and of the Resacae
and Streams within, cro*sing or ad
jacent to said district for the irri
gation of the lands included in said
district, for domestic, power and
commercial purposes, for the drain
age of lands in said district needing
drainage, with power to issue bonds
