JUDGE CUNNINGHAM DISCHARGES JURORS Jurors for the special term of the criminal district court were dis charged Tuesday afternoon by Judge W. A. Cunningham following com pletion of the jury docket. Severs! non-jury casrs will be tried Thurs day and Friday. Judge Cunningham announced. The last case of the special term was the trial of Lcnardo Martinez of San Benito, charged in four counts with assault with intent to murder. Lenardo was alleged to have run amuck with a pistol. He was fined $150. Constantino Garcia of Harlingen was given a two-year suspended sen tence, upon conviction of relieving a Santa Rosa farmer of $45, and Jose Merer, indicted in the same, case was acquitted.
