Lomax are defendants, the nature of plaintiffs demanded being substantially, as follows, to wit: Suit in trespass to try title to lot No. 4 in block No. 151 of the city of Brownsville, being a part of the Goodrich-Forto addition and a part of the oriignal townsite of Browns ville formerly owned by the New York & Brownsville Improvement company, Ltd., fronting 50 feet on Van Buren street and running back 120 feet to an alley. Plaintiff specially pleads the five, ten, and twenty-five years statutes of limitation, and alleges that on and prior to January 12, 1905, title to said premises was vested in Manuela Sepulveda de Ayala died intestate and at the time of her death, had no surviving heirs or children save her husband, and by reason thereof, perfect fee simple | LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT title to said premises vested in her said husband. That on or about the 4th day of September 1917, the said Alejos Ayala, surviving husband of Man uela Sepulveda de Ayala, executed and delivered to this plaintiff, a deed now recorded in volume 289 at pages 227 of the deed records of Cameron county, Texas, where in and whereby he attempted to convey to this plaintiff the above described land, it being the inten tion of the grantor to convey to this plaintiff said property, but through error, said deed recited a conveyance of lot No. 3 in block No. 151 of the city of Brownsville. Plaintiff prays for a reformation of said deed so that same will be made to convey to her the said lot No. 4 in block No. 151, above de scribed, alleging that the defendan dants. and each of them are claim ing some kind or character of in terest in and to plaintiffs land and premises, and prays for a judgment for title and possession of said land and premises, for the quieting of her title, for a writ of restitution, and for all and further relief, spe cial an dgeneral, in law and in equity to which she may show her self to be justly entitled.
