C, D, E, and F, of the subdivision of lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block 37 of the City of Harlingen, Cameron Coun ty, Texas, as shown per official map of record in the County Clerk’s Office of Cameron County, Texas, to which reference is here made, together with all furniture and fix tures included in what is known as Damants Hotel, situated on the above property, which said deed of trust is recorded in Volume 66. pages 111 to 119, in the records of Deeds of Trust of Cameron County, Texas, reference being here made to said deed of trust and to said record thereof for the complete terms and provisions of said deed of trust and of said promissory note; and Whereas, the said B. F. Dittmar Company is the holder and ownei* of said note and of the indebted ness represented thereby; and Whereas, default has been made m the payment of the installments which became due on said above described note, the said B. F. Ditt mar Company has exercised its op tion and declared the whole of said note due, principal and inter est, and thereafter placed said note in the hands of an attorney for collection, whereupon the entire amount of the principal of said note together with interest thereon and ten per cent attorney’s fees as provided in said note, became and is due and payable, and the total amount of principal, interest and attorney’s fees due on said note and indebtedness on this day, namely July 2, 1929, is the sum of One Hundred Six Thousand Five Hun dred and 58-100 Dollars ($106, 500.58); and interest is accruing on said note at the rate of Twenty four and 86-100 Dollars < $24.85) per day from and after this date namely, July 2, 1929; and I have been requested by the said B. F. Dittmar Company to enforce said trust: Now, therefore, I, the under signed Elmer A. MAN HELD IN JAIL ON CHECK CHARGE J. C. Parker, 28, was lodged in the county jail Tuesday afternoon by Constable John Martin who charged him with swindling with a worthless check. Martin Wednesday morning v as waiting to hear from Salina, Kan., authorities, in connection with the automobile Parker was driving. Parker’s previous address, as list ed in the sheriff's department, is Lufkin, Texas.
