Brown, as sheriff of Cameron county, Texas, did on the 11th day of July, 1929, levy on cer tain real estate, situated in Cameron county, Texas, described as follows, to-wit: All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Cameron, state or Texas, and being a part of No. 18, in block No. 3, of the townsite of La Feria, in the La Feria grant, de scribed by metes and bounds as fol lows:—Beginning at a point in the west line of said lot No. 18.115 south, north line of lot No. 18, thence south five feet, thence east parallel with the north line of No. 18, a distance of 30 ft. through the east line of said lot 18, thence south along and with the east line, a dis tance of 19 ft. 9 inches from the southeast corner; thence west paral lel with the north line of said lot 18, a distance of 120 ft. to the west line of said lot 18, for the southwest corner; thence north with the west line of said lot 18, a distance of 24 ft. 9 inches to the place of begin ning. Also the shelving, lavatory and toilet ifxtures on said land, and levied upon as the property of J. D. Mclnness and Porter J. Elliott, and that on the first Tuesday in August, 1929, the same being the 6th day of said month, at the court house door of Cameron county, in the city of Brownsville, Texas, be tween the hours of 10 a. m. and 4 p. m., by virtue of said levy and said order of sale, I will sell said above described real estate at public vendue, for cash to the highest bid der, as the property of said J. D. Mclnnes and Porter J. Elliott. And in compliance with law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediate ly preceding said day of sale, in the Brownsville Herald, a newspaper published in Cameron county.
