To the members of the South Texas Judges and Com
missioners association convening today in Harlingen
we the public officials of Cameron county wish to ex
tend a sincere word of welcome to the Lower Rio
Grande Valley.
We feel confident that much good will result from
your meetings here, that the problems you are to discuss
are worthy of your interest, and that they will receive
your utmost consideration.
We are also confident that your stay in the Valley will
be an enjoyable one. We are glad to have you, proud to
have you with us, and it is our wish that we may in some
way add to your pleasure while visiting us. You will find
the Cameron county court house truly an “open house”
for you while here, and we sincerely request that you
visit us during your stay in the Valley.
