PLAIN FAGTS.
It is a fact, however inpicasant it -

Manning fails far short of being IIe

special significance. Oar town is not

will fnd two grievances that have inil
itated against the growth of this t6wn

people have allowed themselves to be

ing their money abroad, thus leaving
it where its benefits are lost entirely
