By glancing at the accompanying map of a tection of the Healdton field and in extentioni you will note the acreage under lease by the Wag-Mar Tatroleum Company; alto the location of their well now drilling at 1,750 feet. This well thould be drilled to the top of the Roxana sand (1,950 feet) by Sunday, May 19 (barring unavoidable accident!). The Wag-War well it located within leu than 2,000 feet of th famoui Roxana well, which caused almost at great a tentation as did the opening of the Healdton field itself. I ask you to ttudy carefully the accompanying map, from which yo will note that the trend of (hit producing tand it to the southwett TOWARDS the Wig-!.t,ar acreage. Thia well wat drilled 56 feet into tha tand, but not through the land, iti initial production being 700 barrelt ; and I am informed that this well has produced during the past four monthi about $IOO,(KX)00 of oil, or at the rate of JJOO.OOO.OO per year You will note, too, another well between the Roxana gusher and the WAG-MAR well now on top of the tand and jutt ready to drill in. There ia no acreage being offered within any reasonable distance of the Wag-Mar holdings around the Roxana well, but luch acreage would undoubtedly at tbia time bring $2,000.00 to $2,500.00 per acre. I have known the president and secretary of the Wag-Mar Petroleum company, T. D. Wagner and T. J. Wagner, respectively, lot many yean and believe that they hae made wise (election in their acreage, which consists of 30 acre riear the Roxana well in aection 25, and an OPTION ou ten additional acrea at $112.00 per acre: Option good until the Wag-Mar well No. 1 has been completed. Thii option could be disposed of at this time to net the company a splendid profit In addition, the Wag-Mar retrnleum company owns a lease on 20 acrea in the lhallow field located between the Healdton and Fox fields, at thown.
