Three Judges Will Hear Laundry Plea Against Commission Judge Kimbrough Stone of the circuit court of appeals, St. Louis, and Judge Ualph 1 t'ampoeil of the eastern dis trict of Oklahoma federal court, will be here tomorrow to sit with Judgo John II. Cotteral in bearing the petition fur injunction of the Oklahoma Operating company against the Oklahoma Corpor ation commission. The Oklahoma Operating uwipany, owner of laundries in Oklahoma City aked the ft-Heial court several weeks ago for a temporary restraining order to prevent the commission from hearing complaints against it after a raise in prices was announced on all laundry work. The petition was denied, but per mission was granted to file an amended petition. These wagons haul the mail to and from the depots, poit oltae and the three sub-stations at Capital Hill, the atmk yards, and the state capitol. The contrail is to be come effective July 1, 191K, and termi nate July I, 1922. The successful bid der will be required to make a $15,110 bond for the faithful performance of dntv.
