It is certain that these engineers sought no ro oprralion of civic bodies here, held no hearings and did not seek information as to what improvement business men and patrons of the road here would like to have. No New Station Yet. New Stage Line Is Opened Below Mexican Border MI'.XK Mrxico.-The first stage line to run between Maxicala and busenada by way of Tecate and Tia Juana over the new military road built by (lov. b'stehan f'anttt of the nortliern district of Lower California, will leave Mexicala soon. The Southei land Stage company has secured the concession from the Mexi can government and promises to plare six large autos on the ruh. Daily trips between Mexicala and Fnsenada will be made, the manager promises..
