D. 1906 and continued to live with him as his wife until about the 29th day of August 1907 and subsequently on the 28th day of December, 1909, by reason of a course of defendant's unkind, harsh, cruel and tyrannical treatment of her and defendant's un mlndfulness of his marriage vows ' and defendant's cursing and abuse to plaintiff, and his refusal to main tain and support pallntlff and their child and refusal to permit plaintiff to attend church or accompany h-r to same and by reason of the de fendant taking and appropriating the earnligs of plaintiff to his own use and spending same in gambling transactions, and by reason of Ills neglect to her and his attentions to another, plaintiff says that It ren ders their living together as man and wife, wholly Insupportable and that by reason thereof she abandon ed the defendant and has continued to reside away from him and that she prays for Judgment for a de cree of divorce and for custody of their five year old son, Cleve Jack son Veal and for general and spec ial rellof .
