The condition calls for action by those who are in position to act to arrange to meet the Impending cris is. The people have money to pay for fuel but can not get it at all. If the cold weather continues and in dications ara now that it may. there Is sure to be dire suffering and al most before we know it there will be such a scourge of colds, grlpp'. and pneumonia as was never before known here.
